What makes The Generator of Technologies unique?
Management
Scientists are experts in their domain (Mathematics, Physics, Business Intelligence…).
They are young Ph.D and get strong relationships with major world universities. We believe such relationships are critical to innovation.
Scientists are entrepreneurial employees of the local company (NGI) and manage by the TechnoStrategic Intelligence mentor.
All the team is focus on 3 missions:
- Alpha mission: to work on the customers issues of the Group,
Details: the Group is in charge of deal flows. All the subsidiaries (local Company) are dedicated to solve technological issues of customers.
- Beta mission: to work on the R&D programs of the Group,
Details: the Group has its own R&D program. When a project is mature it can be sold as a unique technology or it can be launch as a new company.
- Gamma mission: to work on the thesis they have developed
Details: Scientists are also working on their thesis. This development will be helped by the management of the Group. When a scientist program is mature enough it will became a group program (ß).

Method
Glaizer Group offers a new vision to optimize the innovation process.
Classically the technological innovation cycle of life segments in phases of:
- Creation of ideas,
- Gestation of projects,
- Development of projects,
- Introduction into the market,
- Growth,
- Maturity,
- Decline.
Items 4, 5, 6, 7 constitute the famous S-curve of the cost compared with time (see Figure 2). Phases 1 and 2, even if they impact 80% of the price of the end product, are very strongly ignored. However, work of Glaizer Group made it possible to propose a finer ventilation of these 2 phases.
New value chain; Inspired by the evolutionist’s theory, the new values chain is presented as follows:
- Technological and gone futurology: ATTRACTION,
- Analysis and detection of the needs for the market: FERTILIZATION,
- Creation of innovating concepts: GESTATION I,
- conceptual Feasibility: GESTATION II,
- Specifications of concepts: BIRTH,
- Technical feasibility: PREDEVELOPMENT,
- Product development : DEVELOPMENT,
- Launching of product: PRELAUNCHING,
- Growth,
- Maturity,
- Decline.

Key point of our concept
The objective is to create interconnected companies expert in research in order to work in a very efficient way for our customers.
We want to share different culture (European, Mid East, Asia, and Africa) to serve the science.
In this project, scientists are not independent with their own structure. This concept is already implemented in France and Israel. This is not the purpose of this project.
